About the role:
· Working closely with assigned local branches regarding customers in their areas
· Working together as a team to achieve set KPIs
· Dealing with a variety of customer/local branch queries via email, telephone and post
· Building relationships with customers and liaising with them regarding payments
· Reviewing and applying customer credit limits
About you:
· Bright, aware and enthusiastic
· Numerate, imaginative and computer literate
· Experience within a finance office would be beneficial, but training will be provided
· Enjoy being part of a lively and fun environment
